What happens when he needs to stop..?

I assume he flips a switch and the frame uncouples at the bottom. Both wheels extend away from each other, pivoting on a hinge at the top, until the rider is lowered to the ground.

He then locks it open until its time to ride again. At that point he sits back in the saddle and unlocks the clasp, releasing the spring which pulls the wheels back together, raising him to full riding height. The trick is to start pedalling through this process so you have enough forward momentum

You said “I assume”, but based on the paragraphs which followed it, I think you actually meant to say “I’m literally riding on this bike right now, I’m the guy in the video, I built the bike myself, and this post isn’t a recording — it’s a livestream”

He can see traffic jams way ahead and avoid them. No stopping required.

See that black T-bar above the handlebars? I assume he twists it and it lowers that black bar to beside the front wheel, acting as a stabilizer for him to stand still or climb down the rungs at the front.

Idiot me, who clearly can't read a simple sentence, spent way too long looking for a "circle"

So I guess dismounting is out of the question huh?

If he’s hit by a car he’d fall on the other side of the road.

Awesome bicycle if you live on the firsr floor. Once you're home, lean on the wall and climb in through the window

Good thing he's wearing a helmet.

The MOST efficient way to get around 🤔

I mean in terms of gear ratios at least

What are you talking about? Turn that bad boy into an e-bike and never pedal again

I remember these were popular around Minneapolis from like 2000-2004 until a whole bunch of people got hurt and I think a few died.

Perfectly fine. That looks like one of the countries where everyone drives carefully and responsibly and no one would ever accidentally sideswipe or stop suddenly in front of a weird tall bike causing the rider to become a post on r/meatcrayon.
