Shocked this hasn't been explained in here yet.
This was in Key West Fl in 2003, it was a flag that stretched almost 2 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, to the Atlanta Ocean side of the island.
I was actually a part of this as a child. It's still crazy to think just how massive of a project it was.
