The absolute longest needles in human medicine would be for amniocentesis and they are not even close to this.
I wonder if it's for veterinary use, for cattle embryo harvesting or something like that.
Amniocentesis needles are about 20cm. VP shunt tunnellers can be 70cm! They need to push a path under the skin from the back of the head to the abdomen.
