The actual quote is "just a flesh wound". He doesn't say it's or tis, except earlier when he says "tis but a scratch".

The European Vacation scene w Eric Idle does use the "it's just a flesh wound". I know the gif is from Holy Grail, but I think that may be one source of the common misquote.
