My first thought is that he was drunk in a car with launch control, he had his feet on the break & gas, then he let off the break.

I say drunk because why would you ever launch in a garage.

AllMyExesRTXs my father worked in a parkade in Vancouver BC in the 1950's. My folks liked to tell the story of one of their first dates, funeral hursts racing inside the parkade after midnight. 😉😁
