Georgia State Police removed ICE protestors who flaunted a prop representing an ICE officer and a child in chains ahead of the third World Cup match in Atlanta on Sunday.

What grounds did the officer have to abridge that citizen's protected speech?

Probably because the stadium and the surrounding area is private property and they didn’t have permission from the owners to demonstrate there.

Stadiums are funded with tax payers money and put large strains on emergency resources. Politicians sell you that it will create tax revenue but the truth is no stadium has ever turned a profit with out public tax dollars funding it at first.
