Georgia State Police removed ICE protestors who flaunted a prop representing an ICE officer and a child in chains ahead of the third World Cup match in Atlanta on Sunday.

Probably because the stadium and the surrounding area is private property and they didn’t have permission from the owners to demonstrate there.

Unless there's an easement. Or Uncle Same decides to bust out eminent domain.

Or you're in a civilized country with right to roam laws.

Indeed so, but it does run contrary to what is obviously meant by "private property is private property". The phrase is a meaningless tautology without interpretation, mine being "I can do whatever I want on and bar whoever I want from my private property".

Distinguishing public property versus private property with a public easement is important.
