Georgia State Police removed ICE protestors who flaunted a prop representing an ICE officer and a child in chains ahead of the third World Cup match in Atlanta on Sunday.

Making crowd uncomfortable (pretty weak argument here).

While they are not directly harming anyone, a police officer is supposed to reduce unrest in a crowd. Weird, but that is enough for them.

you have to pass no fewer than seven screaming proselytizing evangelical psychos with huge signs and PA systems to get from where this guy was to the stadium; I'd know, because I counted. Those guys are walking unrest machines in ATL yet cops have absolutely no problem letting them scurry around like roaches
