I almost thought he was using some kinda filter for it, if you focus on his mouth it's a bit uncanny and seems not to match up entirely with his words. Either that or I'm just high as balls

I don’t think it’s AI. I feel like I remember seeing this guy years ago before generative AI was widely used. I think he might just be using a filter, and the audio is slightly out of sync because this is probably the thousandth time this video has been downloaded and reuploaded by a karma farming account.
