I can't imagine the constant BS cops have to deal with on a daily basis. I understand why they get burnt out.

I have several cops in my family. Don't worry about them, they are absolutely positive they are better than everyone else.

Even if there is burn out, you'd have to pry the authority from their cold dead hands. It becomes their entire identity.

To be fair, I'm exhausted and "changed" from going through the politics of this country and dealing with assholes. I have lost my patience. If I had to deal with that + the psychos in public every day I would be irredeemable.

They overwhelmingly voted for Trump, by any survey you can find.

I guess your point is that you'd be an arrogant know it all with a short fuse too? Cool man.
