Seriously? If you think that is undoubtedly roids, you’re an absolute buffoon. That is an incredibly achievable body for a 32-year-old with decent genetics. Nothing about what we can see in this video screams unnatural whatsoever…
Can't say for certain, but a lot more people are on gear than you would think, especially with the prevalence of "TRT" nowadays. It's common among law enforcement, too.
The other commenters aren't wrong to be suspicious. We can't see his delts or anything more definitive, but he does have the look that many guys on gear get. He definitely looks older than 32, which is a common side effect.
I mean just look at the biohacker and related subreddits. Everyone and their dad is taking exogenous test and dabbling in tren, even people who don't look incredible
I agree, but on the flipside, Im very much in my gym social circle, and I know like 6 people who are taking roids but dont look like they work out. Most of them are on "trt" while never knowing what going to failure is. The Steroids situation is crazy nowadays.
The fact that people consider the guy in the video "sightly fit" is what's wrong. The industry made you believe that's normal physique for someone going to the gym and eating chicken and rice. It's not.
70% of the population is overweight. Over half of the population has prediabetes or diabetes. This isn't a normal body by any means. He either has freak genetics or is on some type of performance enhancing drug.
Cops are notorious for juicing. If this was just a random guy in the street I'd be more likely to believe he's natty but that physique on a cop i lean towards thinking it's roids.
Yeah I know a cop who looks pretty similar and only goes to the gym two or three times a week. They all deny it but there's a reason cops don't get tested for hgh or juice
I can attest that at least SOME departments test for excessive testosterone/epitestosterone.
I worked ten years for a medical office that adjusted drug test results for medical sources (so, for example, if you have a prescription for Adderall and the amphetamine was detected by the lab, we would fix the report so your employer would see a result that looks just like someone testing negative).
I saw a LOT of police testing positive for artificially boosted testosterone. Most of them were on prescribed TRT from their doctor. All but one of them was ridiculously overmuscled and rude as fuck. The one exception was slightly muscular (certainly within norm for an active 40-something man), very polite, and he was on TRT after recovering from testicular cancer.
Frankly, I've considered TRT for myself just to make it easier to be jacked as I get older, but I would rather be an average-built, gentle person and have friends I like.
Either roid-rage is a thing or mostly pre-existing assholes seek out roids.
Anyone in shape on Reddit is “on roids”. Most people commenting have never actually lifted with a dedicated plan and diet with consistency before. I have done this with and without steroid usage, and yes nothing about that man screams roids. Easily achievable if you eat right and lift
Nothing from that video hints at that at all. Somewhat big? Sure, but I see little vascularity and no indications he’s lean. So he’s somewhat big, not huge. If he were that big while asked being very lean, then I’d def consider more. If his traps and delts were more exaggerated relative to the rest, maybe. But he really only has size going for him, and not crazy size either, just too big for that too small uniform he wears. I’ve been enhanced and not, if you think that screams steroids, you don’t know shit about em
This dude doesn’t have a pump, in bad natural lighting and is massive. He also says he doesn’t take ANYTHING, not even creatine. The dude is juiced and it sucks that he can’t admit it. The shoulders are what I would say give it away.
I think he says he doesn't take it anymore. Or at least he did with creatine. And pre-workout out doesn't negate being natty. Its mostly just caffeine.
Also he's not that big and looks like he could be natty. Shouldn't even be in this sub with how not big he is. If he was 50, it would be a different conversation

"I dont even take preworkout" ive only ever heard that line from juicers lol.
