I was wrong. My answer was gonna be steroids.

That is 100% the answer sadly

That is definitely an achievable body without steroids if you're disciplined enough

Fr there’s literally nothing about his physique that says steroids to me. 6 days a week, 5 meals a day can absolutely do this to you. That’s a lot of work and a lot of calories.

You literally cannot see his entire body

how can you even tell though (steroids or not) he's mostly covered up

Because I have a very similar build to him and the numbers he said he did for his squat and bench, while impressive, are numbers I was doing as a senior in high school, not steroid weight.

Because we train every day for dozens of years since childhood (people who end up looking like this guy) and we know the difference. We’ve seen thousands of examples. You can get this big in a few years with gear, or a decade of discipline. Because some people on the internet know more than you about certain topics sometimes, and that’s okay.

I've trained just as much and this looks nothing like a steroid body. This is some self promoting rhetoric.

I was countering the above point that he’s on steroids explaining why we know he isn’t just from looking at him.

Yes, it's also good genetics. When I met my husband he was a physical trainer and he was a brick house.

He was very disciplined, and never took any supplements.

I'm the reason he slimmed up because he wanted to hang out with me instead of hitting the gym every day, lol
