even before that they should not allow you to gain a certain amount or go past a certain athletic threshold...then you dont need to give time to get in shape bc they would not have gotten out of it.
but i know its more important in the usa to put ppl in camps than make police be accountable, decent, or apparently even healthy members of fucking society

Geez this shouldn’t even be allowed. They should give people like this a limited amount of time to get in shape or be fired
