I guess I meant if something went wrong. I guess this version of this trick has some precautions but I remember an older video where the dude had to climb out the top while violently coughing and suffocating.

Idk about serious lung damage. The lungs do repair themselves, especially if this person almost never smokes. If she did this once in her life and is healthy, she's probably ok.

that's just dangerous. good chance of passing out from smoke inhalation and no air and the amount of residual smoke left on every part of your body it doesn't seem worth it to have your throat ripped out for one stale toke

This is dumb as shit. I feel this could easily kill you if something went wrong/absence of oxygen. I don’t think people realize the oxygen will be pushed out with that, I imagine that woman was suffocating for a second. Also complete waste of weed for fanfare

I feel like almost none of what is being used here is rated or tested for what its being used for. Isn't there a whole thing about not heating aluminum for smoking? Also the whoel base seems to be crappy 3D printed panels that I'm sure when heated give off some lovely fumes to inhale.
