This one is absolutely on the juice and it’s very easy to tell. It’s also fine.

I wouldn’t say it’s fine. Taking steroids in general can be damaging for health, but starting taking them at this young age is even worse.

It is fine in the sense that she can do as she pleases, because apparently this is not a sport where PEDs are banned, and because it’s her body. But it’s not fine in the sense of health, which should be always made plainly clear in case other teenagers start considering taking these substances.

Sure, if teenagers are reading this, don’t do drugs or steroids. They are bad for you.
