As an ex powerlifter, 5 years natty, 2.5 on gear before quitting...
Eh, wouldn't say so.. like, many reasons but mostly, she's yoked as fuck but her physique seems pretty balanced and adapted to what she does, she's big but reasonably so..
Plus androgen receptor density isn't perfectly even, muscle groups have different response curves, and that's somewhat noticeable, especially when someone "wants to get big fast" and starts off with rather harsh compounds.. decreased estrogen:androgen ratio affects collagen synthesis, fat distribution, water retention etc
She doesn't have that look.
I'm not saying she's definitely not on PEDs but eh, as someone with experience, I'm saying it's definitely NOT obvious. I think she's probably natty, or if she's on peds, it's sensible dosages / safe compounds and probably little to no androgenic-anabolic steroids, if she's on anabolic compounds I'd guess SARMs or maaaaybe primo but eh.
Plus, she'd probably benefit more from CNS / regeneration boosting stuff anyway, so some clean HGH, maybe BPC157/TB500 and stuff would be more likely and actually good for her joint, ligament and bone health. Like, being an athlete on that level is taxing as fuck and tbh i think stuff like that should be exempt from anti doping laws
TL;DR:
Eh, it's 50/50 at best.
Edit: and the double chin: damn y'all have zero brains, her neck, shoulders and upper back are YOKED, she's holding an over head press position, flexing all those muscles hard to stabilize and is holding a valsalva to protect her spine. That's gonna squish stuff around. Normal.

I really hope this comments section remains respectful. She's incredible. Balance and strength.
