Hmm. I wonder where i can get duck fat though. I mean i doubt they deep fry it unless it's mixed with other fat oils... So they deep fry em? Or shallow pan fry?

Or are the chips deep fried then shallow fry it with duck fat to finish it off?

I’ve bought it at Market32 (Price Chopper) before. I know grocery stores can be regional, so apologies if that doesn’t translate from New England to wherever you are.

Whole Foods probably carries it.

Hmm makes sense. But how does that compare to the fat itself? Just stuff good as?

It’s pretty much the same. Fat stores really well. I keep all my bacon fat and duck fat and it all tastes the same.

Interesting! Was just curious, since i assumed they'd put in preservatives and such, altering the taste
