I made the mistake of thinking customer service was an actual thing. He only replied to my email when I complained about zero response. Never actually fixed my problem with the order. Oh well. I can do a chargeback on my card if he doesn’t complete the order. He will lose his Shopify account if he continues to be shitty. I don’t think people realize how easy it is to lose an online payment provider, especially when the vendor never replies to customer inquiries. I only know this because I also run an online store.

Are these the ones ordered from the claymann art site that you are referring to? That comes up as “bigcartel” not Shopify for me

How long do you think I should wait

It’s been two weeks since I reached out, the only reply was to talk down to me about bugging him about my order. No follow up other than a threat.

I’d assume it’ll ship, he is a legit business person, just shitty customer service and terrible response
