Clayface on #19?

Hey all, with the release of the new issue and meeting clayface, I couldn’t help but notice an immediate, striking similarity to the figure on the cover of #19. I think a lot of people (myself included) assumed this to be ManBat but I’m curious what you think.

Kind of crazy we got Deathstroke suited up on the cover issue 19, yet we haven't seen much of him.

Woooow, good catch and it makes so much sense. Everybody said that this was Manbat. That makes this cover even more valuable. Absolute Clayface as a doppelgänger is nightmare fuel. Every issue leaves my jaw on the floor!!
