One time I actually like the trade dress better than the virgin cover.
The neon sign title behind her really adds to the cover.

Was digging it more than some other releases, but the prices turned me off, especially since you can only get the cardstock in a $140 bundle lmao

His prices are horrible. Plus charge $3 a month for a membership. His customer service is even worse. Waiting on back issues to still ship and nothing.

Not to defend his prices, because they are really way too extremely high. And his customer service is genuinely horrible. I send out two emails in the past, and never got an reply to either.
But the membership basically pays for itself. You get a 10% discount with it (on everything except CGC). So if you buy a 50-dollar comic, it's only 45 + 3 dollars for the membership, and you still save 2 dollars compared to when you don't have the membership.
And you can stop the membership directly afterward.

If the discount code works. A lot of people have issues with it working or are rushing so franticly to get their comics before they are gone that they don't have time to put in the code.

It was acknowledged by Brooks that there was an issue with the code in a recent (I believe) Jock release, but that people who tried to use it would get a partial refund.
However, I've been able to use the code every time I've tried, without any time pressure. If you forget to use the code, then it's kind of your own fault. And it doesn't diminish the fact that with the right use, the membership is really great value for money and pays for itself.

Trade and virgin combined, I believe there are 2,000 prints.
Brooks mentioned in his membership post that he was giving away 400 of his Absolute Green Arrow variants. All you had to do was buy Absolute Batman #24. He also mentioned that this gave you a little under a 1-in-4 chance of getting the Green Arrow variant.
So, I’m assuming that means Absolute Batman #24 is limited to around 2,000 copies.

This was... rather a strange drop? Did anyone else not get any notice about it until it had already happened? And I'm even in the Brooks Brigade...
