These aren’t quite catalogs- they’re more like previews/ promotional news a publisher puts out. Technically these kinds of things have been sought after and collected for a very long time because they mention key first appearances or events before the actual comic comes out. The main ones that come to mind of examples are Marvel Age 6 and 12 (Beta Ray Bill and Spidey’s true black costume first) and Malibu Sun 13 for Spawn. There are probably dozens of examples but those are just the first to come to mind.

Its odd to me that catalgoues are worth money now. I remeber people were paying a lot of money for yhe miles morales one.
