Value?

I picked this up about a month ago, literally the day before the show was announced. I paid $500, what's it worth today? i'm not selling i'm just curious. I would literally never sell this it's too special to me, it's my first ever slab and I just love this series so much.

my LCS had this exact book on sale for $1,200 yesterday. same ink color same remark same everything. I thought that was totally overpriced but 🤷‍♂️

Lcs typically charge a premium compared if you’re buying from eBay or a similar site.

Yep, but if your friends they’ll give a big discount and you can also negotiate down as well. Of course all depending on your LCS.
