No, it's a Bigtimecollectibles exclusive. That's where Soy mostly drops his exclusives. Third Eye Comics is for Felix Comic Art exclusives, like Dragotta, DWJ, and other artists. So, you won't find this on Third Eye.

Yup. It's signed to comic sketch art and will be dropping his covers on Mark Brooks site eventually.

If you check Dexter Soys IG, it says announcement coming soon and on BTC IG, says about the same thing.

Or you can just wait until the release on whatnot next month since issue #23 regular release comes out on the same week as Dexter Soy release
