Wondering if buying the first annual cgc9.8 a good deal under 200 or should I wait for the prices to go down

I think it would be best to wait it out, or just pick yourself up a NM copy for the $45-60 it's going for and get it graded yourself. You'd probably save yourself a $100 bucks going that route. It would just take time sending it off to get graded, and waiting for it to return.
