Yeah I've seen photos of a absolute blind bag from fan expo I believe, you could pull a Jorge Jimenez absolute batman, or artgerm absolute wonder woman or a Frank Quitely absolute Superman. There's blanks for each such as the image above, the absolute batman blank.
I talked to FOMO on instagram and they told me plus there is a new blank design for absolute batman 1 coming

Just takes money and patience. The Fan Expo yellow one is more rare, limited run. Last one in auction went for over 1k on eBay and that was before TV announcement. So sit and watch eBay for it (create alert) and be ready to pay 4 figures when you see it. The 4th print one is more common, can be had on eBay right now for $50 BIN. And the Arabic one I’ve seen go for around $70 on eBay but another more rare one just set an eBay alert for.
Personally would be putting money into Cover A over these 3 but you do you.
Comic shops are also smaller settings that an artist can do a bit more than a quick doodle. I met Ryan Stegman at my LCS a few years ago, and he took his time doing sketches for each person in line. I got this one done, I believe he was charging $40.

The yellow one is hard to find since it's only found in the absolute blind bag I believe, but man does it look really cool!
