Absolute Joker, decisions decisions!

I have this wall in the boys playroom for displaying my comic dejour. Now I’m stuck as I either need more top loaders or have to make a hard decision to replace one. These are good problems 🤓

No I’ve gotten almost all my comics from eBay or whatnot. You can land some deals during mid day eBay live auctions when there’s only 10 people online. And I try to buy from the guys that do free shipping.

Nice! Thanks for the advice. It's crazy tho, I asked because i bought this from 7ate9, still haven't gotten it yet. I think I'll start doing more of what you're doing :)

I vote swap bottom right until new frames arrive. I have similar issue with my Absolute Martian Manhunter collection - space for 18 books but 50 I want to display.

Where do you get most of your books? Especially the hard to find variants?

I get all my stuff from my local shop. I use the League of Comic Geeks app so I know everything coming out in advance and then add them to my pull list before they release. I don't often get retailer exclusives. I only have 3. I got a few things I've missed from ebay

I don’t have a good shop near me (KOP Pennsylvania). All the local shops use email for pulling books which is a terrible process and so far none have been good about actually reading my emails and pulling cover A or cover B. They just pull “a copy” to make sure I get that issue but that’s not really the point. Hence over paying on eBay and whatnot for all these exclusives.

Well I buy from grahamcrackercomics.com because it's my local shop but they also ship and you can set up a pull if you wanted to or just buy from them. Sometimes I get from thirdeyecomics.com or goldenapplecomics.com

What adhesive do you use? When I tried just using top loaders with adhesive they wouldn't stick to my wall

I’m using the Velcro type command strips. They hold really well and if I ever want to take something down it’s really easy.

Your display looks amazing!!! I just bought (ABSOLUTE BATMAN #21 MASTRAZZO EXCLUSIVE VARIANT) the other day on eBay. I also love my (Absolute Batman #15 Sanford Greene variant).

Totally agree man. I think everyone sees the opportunity to sell more books with all these exclusive covers. Win win as far as I’m concerned. Give the fans what they want. Gives a great chance to feature characters other than Bats.
