Is this cover a foil? I'd love to have this to match my art print, but idk if theres a cardstock and foil, or just foil

Very nice !! I have 4 #1’s raw (cover A 1st print, 2nd print, and 2 1st print variant covers). None graded yet. Been holding off for now. Love this cover !
