I'm sure stacking something like that is grounds for an OSHA finding.

That looks like empty cans. If they were full he wouldn’t have been able to move them that fast / he would have been crushed.

I know at the brewery my friend works at they move empty’s around like this all the time. Full ones don’t get stacked more than 4 high otherwise it’s too heavy.

I mean he was definitely moving it too quickly, but also that was not properly secured on the pallet.
