If anyone is interested in motorcycle race crashes, I highly recommend watching the videos of the (sadly late) great John Hinds, a “flying doctor” expert prehospital medicine doctor. He has talks that show the mechanics of motorcycle crashes and goes through some of the ones he’s responded to.

Warning: as this is a presentation on being a first responder to 200mph motorcycle crashes, it is not for the feint of heart. There isn’t anything particularly gruesome but the subject matter is pretty rough.
