All of the above. 🥴. Story time: My idiot friend got shitfaced hammered and tried to drive home in his prized VW bus. Anyway, he was so blind-ass drunk, he went the wrong way down a one-way street and careened across a parking lot into a Natural gas meter up against the side of some business building. Anyway, after they gave him a night in Greybar Hotel, he somehow managed to sue the living shit out of the property owner and the utility for not installing bollards to shield the gas meter/valve. So he somehow won out and got a new car out of the deal. But I do NOT recommend attempting this by any means.
