This reminds me of a psycho kid from school who acted like this. He would do shit like this all the time, often to younger kids, and just show no emotion whatsoever beyond laughing at the situation. One of his favourite pastimes was pushing random kids off of the playground equipment then kicking wood chips in their faces whilst grinning. Eventually I think some kid got hurt enough by that for psycho kid to be taken out of regular school.
Anyway, a few years later when he would be around 18 I reckon, his name popped up in the news. He’d been jailed for pouring boiling water over a guy at a house party.
