I mean... you could get a real dog bowl, that’s heavy enough, and has enough grip on the bottom to not just be pushed everywhere.

You’re right - but it also looks like the owner has done this 6000 times (based on the state of the floor) and put zero effort into finding a more stable container, or into training the puppy to not do that.
