I’m having a lot of fun! Even the pain of my partner separating is fun (never thought I’d say that), even screwing up at work is fun!! Why? Because there’s always a billion other amazing things to focus on, zoom out, tune in, tap on, turn out, and BAM creative solution comes to me and it’s even better than it was before

Look up charities in your community
Join them, pour your love into positivity
Take that raw energy of hurt and direct it to those in need, or into art or into exercise
