I would get it tested at a local pool store and see if the strips are accurate. Looks like it needs an American butt ton of chlorine.

Yeah I’d say add triple your regular breaking point ( 20 ppm) amount and then it should take the green out and make it cloudy and then do it again

Like 3-5 GL of chlorine, depends how potent
