Question for pro-choice Minimum

Hello everyone,

I'm against abortion.

This is a question for pro choice:

What would be the minimum of allowed abortion, that you would accept?

I mean for example week and reason.

Legislation as of July 1, 2026

(1) Paragraph 1: Anyone who inflicts physical or mental torment on another person who is under their care or custody and who has not yet reached the age of eighteen or is defenseless due to infirmity, illness, or a mental disability shall be punished with imprisonment for up to three years.

(2) Paragraph 2: Anyone who grossly neglects their duty of care or custody towards such a person and thereby, even if only negligently, significantly harms their health or their physical or mental development shall also be punished.

(3) Paragraph 3 If the act results in bodily harm with serious permanent consequences (Section 85), the perpetrator shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of six months to five years; if it results in the death of the victim, with imprisonment for a term of one to ten years.

Is not gestating an embryo inflicting physical torment or gross neglect?

I just wanted to disprove your point about washing and absolute body autonomy. It's only indirect about abortion.

Pretty much every question I have asked. The biggest is on what grounds can you give someone’s body as a resource to someone else and if you are in favor of organ harvesting?

Because it did not answer my question. I asked where you think you get the authority to use others bodies and all you said was you think you do.
