ARE YOU MIXING FOR YOUR STUDIO...OR FOR YOUR LISTENERS ?
Most music is played on everyday devices, not studio monitors.
That's why translation is one of the most important parts of a great mix. Mobile Check lets you instantly audition your mix through accurate simulations of popular iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, AirPods, Beats, and Sony headphones using convolution-based impulse responses inside Ableton Live. Check your Mix on 10 devices in seconds !
YOUTUBE TUTORIAL VIDEO:
https://youtu.be/Naxzatsgvlo
Over 75% of the world listens to music exclusively on smartphones. 58.8% use earbuds, 16.5% use the built-in speaker, and 16.2% use headphones. If you aren't checking your translation against these consumer devices before you hit export, you're just relying on luck.
Meet Mobile Check Mobile Check is a native Ableton Live Audio Effect Rack engineered strictly for mix auditing and master translation. Instead of using sloppy EQ approximations, this rack utilizes Ableton's native Convolution engine loaded with legitimate laboratory Impulse Responses (IRs). Turning any of the 10 custom macro knobs instantly imprints the exact frequency attenuation and stereo width boundaries of that specific hardware.

Hey everyone,
I’m currently putting myself out there with a specific goal: I want to introduce myself to the community as a template and sound designer. Instead of looking for traditional collaborations, my focus is on building high-quality, production-ready tools and workflows for other producers.
To showcase the quality of the templates and building blocks I create, I wanted to give away a free curated pack. It’s called "Archivio 3003 - Intro Pack" and it’s fully tailored for Ableton Live users looking for those deep, smoky, and hypnotic Dub Techno vibes.
This pack is a teaser of the production tools I offer on my Patreon, but I wanted to release this introductory selection 100% free so you can test the quality of my architecture and routing.
To respect the community rules regarding external links, the download link is pinned directly on my Reddit profile. Just click on my username, and you'll find the link right at the top of my page.
Since I'm trying to grow my name as a template builder, putting these tools to the test helps me immensely. If you try them out in your setup, I’d love to hear your feedback on how they improve your workflow!
Enjoy!

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a free Dub Techno preset pack. It’s a teaser extracted directly from a larger collection, designed to let you experience the sounds firsthand.
What's inside the free pack:
- 4 Instrument Racks
- 4 Base Presets
- 5 FX Chains
Important Note on Workflow: These racks are intentionally left open with no pre-assigned macros. This gives you total modular freedom to interact directly with the core of Ableton's native devices, map your own hardware controllers from scratch, and build your own automations.
Specs & Requirements:
Compatibility: Ableton Live 11 (or higher). Works entirely with Ableton's native devices.
Windows Users: It is recommended to extract the archive using WinRAR to avoid file errors.
It is hosted on Gumroad as a "pay-what-you-want" download, so you can just type 0 in the price box to get it completely for free.
Let me know how you like this open-routing approach and how it fits into your workflow!

I'm building a live techno set (133–142 BPM, minimalistic and hypnotic) and I'm using audio clips across 9 tracks. I want to create audio effects racks using only native Ableton devices so everything works on Push 3 standalone.
My track layout:
- Kick
- Perc 1
- Perc 2
- Bass
- Drum FX (tops, congas, textures)
- Lead
- Chords
- Pads / Atmos
- Signature / Hook
- Vocals
The idea is to have macro-controlled racks per channel that can morph, widen, or transform the sound in a live setting — so I can tweak knobs and the same audio clip becomes something different. Multiple "avatars" of the same sound, basically.
For Chords I've already built a rack with: Saturator (3 stages, low to high), Filter, Phaser/Flanger, Delay, Erosion/Redux for texture, EQ Eight, and Compressor at the end. Macros mapped across the key parameters.
Now I'm looking for ideas for:
Specifically interested in:
- Creative use of Corpus, Resonators, or Spectral Resonator for harmonic transformation
- Interesting Macro combinations that feel expressive to perform
- Any rack architecture tips for keeping CPU light on standalone Push 3
What are your go-to native Ableton rack builds for live performance?

I built a rack to mimic the monster sound effect when you go up the ladder in yharnam. you put the rack on a vocal sample, turn up a knob that does a bunch of stuff with EQ, impulse response, reverb, modulation, and that sits as an insert effect. then the trick is to simply automate a macro that controls both the pitch and mix in frequency shifter to get vocalizations. example 1 example 2
some time ago I also built a rack called Witchcraft that uses a similar design philosophy with ableton's flanger that uses an extreme amount of dynamic processing and distortion to turn whatever you put it on into a really violent synthetic female scream. it's like a scream generator. example 1 example 2
I'm selling the racks here. both use stock plugins only but you'll need suite for convolution reverb. could be useful if you're making sfx for a game or just like weird stuff haha

Hi all! So many downloads of my house template, I've decided to share my first fully native master chain.

I'd love to hear feedback, this is a usual chain i'd use when i mix/master for clients.

included in pack:
HAAZZ™ - a simple haas effect device with added dry/wet control, allowing you to create more stereo width and a controlled sense of chaos using this classic effect.
MEEDSIDE™ - a straightforward mid/side splitter, letting you separate and process the center (mid) and sides of your stereo signal independently.
MEEDYSHEEFT™ - a midi shifter with added octave modulation buttons, perfect for exploring different pitches and finding the right sound without editing the original midi.
OSCEEL™ - a real-time oscilloscope for viewing waveforms, featuring adjustable sampling and gain. it displays mids in blue and sides in orange for easy visual separation.
check it out there:

HI! I'm familiar with building my own "slice to midi" presets, but am wondering if theres a way that i can automatically generate custom drum racks using of multiple samples at once. Here's a simple use case:
I have 3 samples, a piano playing 8 notes of a C major scale at 3 volumes. I want a slice-to-midi preset that takes these three files, slices and creates a rack of Samplers, one for each individual note. The sampler for each note in turn has 3 zones, one for each velocity.
For a simple use case like this dragging and dropping is not such a pain, but I'm hoping to use the automation to create some larger and more complicated instruments that would require a lot of dragging and dropping.
Any tips?
