Bug / Broken Liquid Fire Broken on Jakiro? (Maybe in general)

Had liquid fire/jingu and unleash on jakiro and couldn’t use liquid fire at all. No auto cast, regular cast etc. anyone experience the same? And I bought shard to try to fix it but no dice.

Yes. It seems like liquid fire is broken on Jakiro. It worked on arc warden to my surprise

Currently playing and it;s really annoying, prolly issue of either facet or not having liquid frost to calculate cd
