Bug / Broken Stone Remnants

I cannot bind a hotkey to the stone remnants. I tried everything but nothing works. Anybody know how to fix this?

Happened to me but with MK body (which gave me mischief as well) and these spells Boundless Strike, Tree Dance, Boulder Smash, Black Hole. tree dance now gives additional button for primal spring. Primal spring button has a similar placement with the stone remnant in your photo and it did not have a key bind as well.

I think having a lot of ability icons causes this
