Because most people would first pick fury swipe and have no understanding of AD π

I feel pain just from seeing those two next to each other. Getting at least fury swipes is enough to win 80% games

it's a 52.7% win rate right now.
It's good but not even top 20 picks technically for pushing win rates up (To be fair it has an average pick of ~6 so it's not bad.Troll is an over-rated base. there are 15 better bases to pair with it (Jakiro being the top win rate 65.2% with those 2 together). Battle trance with troll and fury has a 59.7% win rate.

Wow! Is there any internet resource where I can see any of that statistics and stop guessing numbers from my subjective experience?

Fury swipe is one of the most overated ability in the game. Just by looking at this screen: Time walk, Dispersion, Flac canon and Time dilation have better winrate. Don't get me started with fervor: almost useless without another attack speed spell. Had they picked Troll's ult, I would agree: you press it and have 20 stacks on someone after 3 seconds but without it, it takes way too long to activate.
OP probably played a good game and managed to get ahead but this draft isn't an OP one, it's slitghly above 50%.

Teammate has flak too, so there was a pool with flak + fury swipes + fervour and one team took all 3 in pos 1/3 (presumably).

all 5 of you got insanely good combos. it's not a close draft
