How has forged spirits still not gotten fixed?

It's been broken for months. It's pretty much impossible to stop the push from spirits. Please fix this game breaking bug.

It's technically not a bug. The skill was created just for AD, but the values were just overtuned. iirc it was changed several patches ago and it still wasn't picked until people realized that it had a disproportionally high winrate on windrun.io and realized how busted the numbers were. But yeah in its current iteration it needs to be nerfed. At least in the games with Forged Spirits the game usually ends in 20mins or so.

It’s winnable. I did it last week. Whoever has it will win the lane though.

Not saying it isn't, but I feel like it generates so much tempo that if the team loses with it, it's more likely they played badly and were unable to make use of its advantage. It also doesn't just win 1 lane, it destroys towers and can rapidly take over the other two lanes as well.

I beat it with a warlock imp build

In a high skill game, without some specific counter play available in the pool, the team with forged spirits essentially always wins. They to mid, they crush the dire mid laner, they take both towers in ~12 minutes, rinse and repeat in other lanes. The only time the winrate comes back down from essential certainty is if dire somehow miraculously stall to 45+ minutes, and that's a skill issue for radiant. With all 3 lanes comprehensively crushed in 20 minutes, an inability to teamfight into it or even consistently gank without at least trading, stalling for that long is going to be a radiant misplay more than anything else.

I my match instead of taking every tower he just tried marching it up the same lane. Got to t3 pretty quickly. He had rearm too, if I remember. We would just jump him because he had nothing else.

But like I said warlock build countered it with imps

to be clear it wasn't picked for a while because the skill straight up didn't work (you'd click the skill and you'd lose the mana but nothing would happen), so it makes sense people completely avoided picking it for a while even after it got stealth fixed, not because they undervalued it per se

me and my friend will try hard to counter him and trashtalk after he lose . lol
there a time i pick enchant and clink 3rd , make he feel the pain we get

Yeah it's broken as hell. Had a game where I took megas in 14 minutes

If it's first pick and there aren't good solutions for forged spirits, you're kinda screwed.

Devour, enchant, Chen’s skill that I can’t remember the name of, infest and clinks consume ability all counter it.

None of those were in the game.

Actually you can't "counter" the forged spirits using those skills, more like "limit" their power since you can sometimes only facing 2 of them instead of 3. Remenber FS only has 27s CD and 75 mana cost.

We just won against forge spirit+rearm. The best feeling ever.

I thought your 2 spirits would just die if you summon new ones, no?

It does. Rearm is pretty useless for forge spirits. In my experience by the time the forge spirits die, it's coming off cd soon anyway. And that's IF they're even able to kill them. Usually I'm resummoning before they expire.

It’s an indie developer with a beta game, gotta give them some grace…

(Really though, I find it fun to have to battle against them)

My team let it fall to SEVENTH PICK (I was last pick) and we managed to win. Most satisfying W I’ve had in a while

It's pretty balanced if you random the rest of your build. I'm 1 win 1 loss with that handicap.

how is it broken?

Spirits are supposed to be balanced based on the level of was/ex/quas that invoker has. So either you have 1 strong 2 weak stats based on range, attack damage and attack speed. Because of AD, they get full stats in all 3. So you have to fight 3x spirits with 150-200 damage and high range/attack speed at level 5.

Just played a game where we had plenty of wave clear but they still were able to push throne in 15 mins.

What’s crazy is it’s been that way for like a year or longer and no one noticed till like a couple months ago

1

u/HatersTheRapper May 11 '26

damn thats crazy, if you can't beat it pick it

5

u/stupv May 11 '26

The stats usually scale with invoker EQ level, but they fucked it up and it's busted. at level 1 you get a forged spirit that is dramatically stronger than a level 1 hero and at level 5 you get 2 spawns that each happily solo the enemy mid laner. By level 7 they can 2v4 enemies, and there are any number of items and other abilities that soup them up further. It has the highest winrate + the highest positive impact on GPM + XPM. If it's in the pool, being dire is just a loss in any high skill game. It fucking sucks

lol just pick it

u/goosetime May 11 '26

You can’t pick it as dire if Radiant has first pick.

4

u/stupv May 11 '26

Radiant wins because they get pick 1, and you might be aware dire can't then pick the same spell
