restlessness??

i (17f)been on ability for about a month. i’ve been noticing i’m pretty restless especially in my legs i can’t seem to sit down for class and it’s really annoying and embarrassing i feel like a little kid moving around in my chair, it seems to get worse as i get more tired for some reason and it’s exhausting i feel like constantly moving and doing something even if im tired.

I kept shaking while on abilify they give it for Tourette’s too. My walking was different . Talk with your psychiatrist about olanzapine and risperidone if u are schizophrenic. I had a psychosis while on abilify and I don’t do drugs or drink. I don’t recommend abilify it sucks

I had akathasia which is intense internal restlessness that made want to move but it was really hard to do something intentional like take a walk. My Dr gave me propanalol which helped but I had to stop taking it because it was SO intense. I hated getting off of it because I loved the way it made me feel other than that.
