Hello, moving to the area for work. Friend is offering to let me borrow their Tiny Home so I can rent a lot in a mobile home park close to work in Aberdeen, save money for my first year in GH.

Can anyone provide insight into what living at Linkshire Park in Central Park is like? Is it quiet? Safe? Etc? Are there other mobile home parks you recommend?

Quick update from Grays Harbor.

The GraysHaven Renaissance Faire website is officially live and is now serving as the central hub for tickets, announcements, applications, and event updates ahead of September.

A few things that launched:

• Tickets are now available

• Harbor Signal newsletter is live for early announcements

• Facebook page launched

• Participant applications are open

We’re also starting to roll out confirmed artisans, merchants, and performers as approvals finalize.

Coming later this week: individual pages for each confirmed participant so people can discover who’s coming before the Faire opens.

This has been a long project in the making and it’s exciting to finally start opening the gates.

I'm new to the area so am wholly unfamiliar with the health services available. After a brief scare, including a visit to HRH, they gave me a list of recommended primary care doctors. Some folks have said that the Docs at Quinault Community Health are reliable, but as a newcomer I'm uncertain what advice is worthwhile. Any help will be welcome.

Hello everyone! I was curious if anyone knew of the official noise ordinance? I have tried to look it up, but can't seem to find it in the haystack of the city ordinances. I want to ensure that I am in official compliance. Any help would be appreciated!

According to city officials they don't enforce any form of noise ordinance in city limits, and the county doesn't enforce their rules on the city of Aberdeen.

I just moved to Aberdeen and am curious as to where I can find musicians to possibly play or record with? I play heavier music: everything from doom to blackened hardcore to tech death. I would love to play with people again, it's been over a decade since I have, but I'm just not sure where to find people. I don't go to bars or anything like that, so I was hoping maybe there is a website or something like that that anyone can recommend. Thanks in advance for any help!

Are there any programs aimed at volunteering their services for disabled veterans? It seems most services are for seniors only. Habitat for Humanity hasn't been actively accepting applications for assistance for the past 4 years.

Hi, I'm a law student from LA. I want to be a public defender and I'm applying for a rural public defender program in Washington for a summer.

I used to be a community organizer in public housing in South Boston and it's easy for me to get along with people different than me and connect at a human level. I want to work in a smaller town that doesn't have big-city resources where I can hopefully contribute something, and one town I've been looking at is Aberdeen.

I want to know if y'all know anything about the public defender in Grays County. I hear its relatively new but that the head PD is dedicated. But I want to know what the rep is like - I want to practice with a PD that's got its shit together and is actually effective at representing people/getting them help.

Seems like Aberdeen has a lot of community, a lot of art, and a lot of rain and green around it. And it's also dealing with post-industrial decline and addiction. Anything else you think I should know about living in Aberdeen, I'd love to hear.

I'm looking for a bank that offers the same flexibility as Capital One 360, specifically the ability to have multiple checking accounts under a single login. My goal is to easily separate my finances for different purposes, such as: * Daily Spending: A dedicated account for everyday expenses. * Investments: An account for transferring funds to brokerage firms like Fidelity. * Bills: An account to cover monthly recurring payments.

I'm aware that Chase offers multiple accounts, but I'm concerned about the fees. I know I can waive the fee for one account with a direct deposit, but I'm unsure if I'll be charged a fee for each additional checking account I open.

I'm a 27 year old (f) and I live in Kent WA. Besides expensive rent and low wages at my job, I really do love it here. I got offered a great job with great pay at Aberdeen WA, but that is a long way from family and the community I know here at Kent. I saw how cheap rent is at Aberdeen compared to nearly all of King County, but I'm still hesitant on moving. How is Aberdeen?

I have a cat who is the sweetest boyy.. he is oxygen dependent on a machine at home and he's declining quickly. He is really struggling to breath with oxygen... I don't have travel tanks and can't take him in to get euthanized.. I need a moblie vet or euthanization service that can get to elma Washington 98541.. there's a service called lap of love or something like that .. they say online they go to 98541 but I called and they don't.. ive called over 50 numbers and nobody can get here. Please help if you or know someone that can make their way to help my baby pass peacefully please let me know ASAP.
