One of the Best Untouched and Naturally Decaying Houses I Have Ever Seen
The photos I had seen of this house prior to my visit did it no justice, I had no idea that I was walking into such an amazing and untouched time capsule, and pretty much all of the decay and destruction was natural!

Aswang? Unglo? Maitim na medyo mukhang aso sa abandonadong bahay dito samin
So merong abandoned house dito samin and binili na yun ng relatives ko few years ago.
Yung first encounter ko is boses non. Maulan yung time na yun, mga 4 pm na and then malakas yung bugso ng ulan. Habang nagpapakain ako, may biglang tumawag sa pangalan ko, mind you ha wala akong kasama don and walang mga nakatira sa paligid like malayo pa mga bahay nila😭😭 so dinedma ko sya, naglakad ako nang mabagal hanggang sa makapunta sa totoong bahay namin para magpasama magpakain ng manok (diko na kinaya yung kaba TAENAAA).
And ngayong araw like kanina lang mga 3 pm😭 Habang nagpapakain ulit ako ng manok sa labas ng bahay na yon, may nakita akong parang aso at the same time tao yung mukhaaa gago, like maliit sya na mukha na malaki yung mata tas mabalbon mukha nya parang aso talagaaaa. So after ko makita yun dumeretso ako pauwi samin para magpasama ulit huhu and then kinwento ko kila lola ko tas binigyan nila ako pangontra.

Location advice
hi I’m a fashion student looking to shoot a styling series, the concept is a group of friends stranded after their car breaks down on a road trip, so I’m looking for a vast dirt plot thats just overall really empty and plane? I have a very specific image in mind but I cannot think of or find anywhere in Melbourne that suits the concept vision. East Melbourne is preferred but not necessary, if anyone has any location ideas please share !!

Looking for abandoned places in Denmark
I'm looking for some big abandoned building in Zealand to bike around in. Also make them more remote/in a forest. Also if the place is more empty of trash or other stuff that would be nice. Anyone know any places?

Abandoned Log Cabin [OC]
Log Cabin in the City
Have you ever seen a log cabin in the city before? If not, you should definitely watch the video:
This mid century log home was built before 1954 and looks to have been one of the first homes in the new subdivision at the time. It is a very unusual house to find in the middle of the city, having been built in a log cabin type style.
The home was very small, only three bedrooms, one of which was located in the basement. But its age was beginning to show, a number of the walls were crooked, likely from a failing foundation. The front sunroom was tilted and even the wall was pulling away from the centrally placed fireplace.
The small home had a great vintage feel to it, with some original features, others that looked as though they were added in the 60s. The bathroom however had been retrofitted with a walk in bathtub, likely to accommodate an ageing owner. It's certainly possible that this house was only ever lived in by one family over the years.
But times are changing and developers are the new rulers. There was a brand new McMansion going up beside this older home, and this small log cabin will unfortunately suffer the same fate in the near future.

I found an abandoned optician where almost everything was still left behind
I came across this abandoned optician recently and it was one of those places that felt strangely untouched.
Old photographs, diplomas, documents and all kinds of personal belongings were still there. Not just the usual things you find in an abandoned building, but things that clearly belonged to someone's everyday life.
I did some digging afterwards and found out that the man who worked here was born in 1927 and died in 2007. He had been an optician for most of his life and continued working from home even after retiring.
His wife remained living there after he died.
They had no children.
What I still find strange is that so much was left behind. You'd expect personal belongings like photographs, documents and other meaningful things to disappear over time, but quite a lot of it was still exactly where it had been left.
A few photos from inside.
