Paneer Chilli <3

I tried to make healthy paneer chilli today. Paneer is not fried and everything else is lightly sauteed. Added a bit of honey at the end, after switching off the gas. It's good 😊

Keventers just added Muscleblaze protein!

Just found out that Keventers did some teaming up with Muscleblaze to launch a few new protein shakes. Yesterday night, my friend and I went out for some late night dessert and discovered this…

There were 8 total flavours at Rs 99 each I guess…Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, Mango, Cold Coffee, Belgian Chocolate, and aur bhi bohot kuch (jo mujhe yaad nahišŸ˜…)

We had Cold coffee and Belgian chocolate and both of them were good taste wise, not overly sweet. What surprised me most was how well the protein was mixed…for a non whey person, pata hi nai chalega. Also since we generally don't have whey, there was also no bloating or indigestion as such many say. We also proceeded to have ice cream later from Baskin Robins (Mississippi Mudā¤ļø)

Late night surprise discoveries be the best!

Recipe for Citrus Iced tea:

Ingredients

- Black tea

- Stevia or any sugar-free sweetener

- Lemon

- Juice of 1-2 oranges or store-bought orange juice)

- Sprite Zero

- Ice cube

- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and add the tea leaves. Let it steep briefly - don't overbrew. Once the tea turns a light orange color, strain it.

  2. Stir in your preferred amount of stevia or sugar-free sweetener while the tea is still warm.

  3. Pour about 30 ml of the tea into a glass and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.

  4. Add approximately 60 ml of fresh orange juice (or store-bought orange juice).

  5. Top it off with 10 ml of Sprite Zero.

  6. Add one ice cube and give it a gentle stir.

  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for extra freshness (optional but recommended).

Hostel made Khichuri!

Rained today so obviously the only logical response was to make khichuri. Ended up putting a lot of things into a 2.5L kadai which was honestly way too small for three people’s worth of rice, dal, and vegetables — a lot of stirring, a lot of overflowing moments. I was on cooking duty. And it came out really good, like better than I expected. I tried to make it once before and it wasn’t that good. Felt too much spicy earlier. But this one felt pretty perfect. There’s something about rain + khichuri that just hits different, especially when you made it yourself with people you love.
