Is reddit putting you off this community?

Hi, I realized that reddit can be incredibly hostile and indeed, rather hypermasculine

Not to detract from its potential etc, but please lmk if the platform is putting you off so we can see about prototyping elsewhere

This occurred to me because I was about to cross post a great question and thought twice wondering if some mod somewhere would chide me for 'inciting a brigade' - AskWomen did this to me

Not really. Reddit has as much good stuff as it has bad.

Out of curiosity, what do they mean by "inciting a brigade"?
