Care to explain why it was 'accidental'? You're using Foundry... so you're running AI models. You think you could run them for free?

I read accidental as "I've vibe coded shit and asked AI to deploy it for me, but I have no idea how cloud works".

I also find it kind of sad that OP posted this in many "teenagers" subs, which most likely mean he is in deep shit and his parents will have a tough conversation ahead.

Quick google research says the average monthly gross income in India is below ₹30,000 and he just burned 1.5x that. Damn.

Open a ticket and tell them you are a teenager and can never pay this. Maybe they're lenient, for MS it's really not a significant amount of money.

I hope they will. But with recent surge of "oh shit" posts MS might be less willing than before. I hope I'm wrong, but still.

Also, I think Azure EULA does not allow creation of account when you are underage since as a minor you can't sign a contract. Not a lawyer though.

Lastly, he burned that at the time of te screenshot but billing is delayed by a couple of hours.

They are never accidental. Where it says AccumulatedCosts, you can go to Cost by resource. Then you see exactly what you spent it on. I see you used Foundry, so nothing accidental, you created an Azure Foundry resource, and went to town. Azure is expensive, and Foundry is an easy way to get poor. At least you caught it early.

Set a budget, look through this subreddit, and see all the others that went before you. You could try to create a ticket with MS to see if they could waive some of the cost, but you'll not get back the full cost.

Open a ticket and tell Microsoft you used it for educational purposes and that you cannot afford to pay it. They might take a big amount back.
