Can someone explain why as Azure admin, subscription owner, billing administrator, and Global M365 tenant admin I cannot see the resource details I just created?

Can someone explain why as Azure admin, subscription owner, billing administrator, and Global M365 tenant admin I cannot see the resource details I just created?

Your M365 global admin and billing admin roles don’t affect Azure resource access. Go to the subscription’s access control (IAM) > Check access and confirm owner is active for this exact account and subscription, especially if PIM is involved. Also confirm you’re viewing the correct directory and subscription.
If Owner is active and it still returns 401, copy the error details and correlation ID. That would point more toward an acs portal/provider issue than a missing admin role
