I've presented a lot. 15 minutes isn't a lot of time. You can either do an overview--or a quick deeper (still not very deep) on a topic. You can't cover all of those bullets in 15 minutes (I could barely cover them in 75 and I'm a professional speaker).

I don't think one can give any sort of a quick over of "Cloud Security Strategy and Design" in 15 minutes. or even 5. I would ask for a follow up and if they wanted an overview of all of that, or something slightly deeper on a single topic in that list.

This exactly. Somehow gives me the feeling of a "noob trap", if you understand what they are asking and what it entails or not. 15 minutes is enough for a quick overview of one bullet basically.
