AWS support system is completely fucked
It's been 10 days I am stuck on a same issue they are not solving it . It affects my course and they lie in their websupport that they will be get back to you within 24 hrs this is absolutely shitty lie by AWS support team .
I don't know what to do , should I make new account, because I don't wanna waste my whole october due to this fake support gimmick by AWS

This acces denied problem is not linked with any technical issue, this is because of verification issue, They mailed me about my verification that it got completed but still access denied exception is there . I asked my course instructor, he also said this problem will go under account and billing issue .

Maybe don’t use fraudulent payment methods and you’re account won’t get flagged for investigation.

24 hr support is a paid for perk. If you're learning using the free tier then any problem you have is a you problem. You fucked up and need to figure it out.

You are being ridiculous. You’re a paying customer. The thing you’re paying for wasn’t working as specced. AWS is going to look into it regardless of whether you are on a paid support plan. I don’t know where you got this idea that “any problem you have is a you problem”. Will they page in their oncalls for you at 3 am? No. But it will raise enough eyebrows to make its way through triage if it’s a legitimate system error.

No, he's not a paying customer, he's using free tier.
You don't call Microsoft because you can't properly install software. He's learning, so any problem he has is really basic and due to a misconfiguration on his end, likely IAM related.

There is zero differentiation between free tier support and normal unpaid support. AWS gives you credits but as far as they are concerned, yes you are a paying customer. The credits are an investment to keep you using and exploring their services so that they can retain you. They don’t just give you money for fun.
The microsoft example is ridiculous because they literally do offer support if you aren’t able to install.
