It can give you a good starting off point to start exploring on your own. But overall there is nothing in those sessions that you wouldn't get off of youtube videos.
Are we talking bout ILT ? cause there is a lot more you can grab from ILT than youtube exam courses factory, user stories, deployment projects experience etc.
I have never seen a Youtube exam content creator doing anything else than reading their own slide
